services for Health and Educational establishments. Whether
a school, college, university or healthcare facility, the

EducationOfficers are individually selected and carefully trained
to ensure they present a friendly, helpful face to visitors; whilst
retaining the confidence and authority to deal effectively with
the unruly, troublesome or distressed.

The Health and Education training course we have developed
is delivered through a combination of on the job assessment
and scenarios experienced in real life situations. The course
comprises six units covering site-specific issues such as;
incidents with intoxicated and vulnerable persons; conflict
occasioning physical assault; reporting suspicious activity;
intrusion; reported assaults of a sensitive nature; and the
reasons for protecting a crime scene.
